Guaranteed. Forever.® return policy applies to the product’s original owner along with proof of purchase. Any items returned within 45 days of shipment are entitled to a refund. Any items returned after 45 days of shipment will be issued store credit in the form of a Brownells Gift Card. If a Brownells/Sinclair product was purchased through another retailer as a new product we will require proof of purchase to replace or refund. (Refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a Brownells gift card.)

VICE AND BUSHING SETS

To complement our “Ring-Of-Steel” Action Wrench System, we’ve developed the only professional-quality Barrel Vise that will positively clamp and keep even the tightest barrel from turning during removal. Machined from solid steel for durability to service the barrel installation and removal needs of any gunsmith for years and years. Our exclusive four bolt system and extra-wide design generates so much holding force, the Brownells Barrel Vise must be firmly bolted to the stoutest bench or an immovable base to realize its full potential. Split barrel bushings come in a variety of sizes to fit many popular barrels (and some not-so-common ones) to make this universal Barrel Vise system the very first choice of professional gunsmiths. Steel Bushings provide years of service and have the necessary clamping power to break loose the tightest barrels. Aluminum Bushings also give a strong hold without risk of marring your barrel.

Bushings:
- #4,7,8,9,10 and 11 are in range of Inside Diameters to closley match the shank diameter of most rifle barrels.
- #5 fits Mauser 98 barrels.
- #6 is tapered to fit Remington factory .30-06 Sporter and similar profile barrels
- #12 & 13 are specifically machined for standard and heavy M1 Garand/M14 and M1A barrels
- #15 is for the FN FAL
- #16 is an aluminum bushing for 3/4" octagonal barrels
Steel and Aluminum barrel vise sets come complete with:
- (4) 1/2-20 tpi Allen Head bolts
- Hex Wrench
- Bushings #4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11
Bushings #5, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 must be purchased separately

Standard Dealers have not yet agreed to perform FFL transfers on guns purchased online from Brownells. If you choose a Standard Dealer, you are responsible for contacting that dealer and arranging for the dealer to submit a signed copy of an FFL and to give Brownells permission to ship the gun.
Not Available Dealers
Not Available Dealers are dealers Brownells cannot ship guns to at this time. These dealers either do not meet our requirements for FFL transfers, or prefer to not perform transfers for guns purchased online from Brownells.
