Brownells Blueprint: Custom Builds - BRN-4
About The BRN-4
The BRN-4 is a Brownells clone of the HK416, this particular build uses the original HK RAL8000 color to accent the standardized black anodizing and nitriding of the other components. This version utilizes a BCM MK2 RMS to keep recoil to a minimum without compromising long term reliability. Equip with a Trijicon ACOG, this is a 10.3” carbine that is nice and compact for maneuverability and storage all while being able to take advantage of the 4x optic and reach out to further targets.
The rifle setup shown in this image includes a short barrel rifle (SBR), which is considered a regulated item under the National Firearms Act (NFA). If you’re thinking about building a firearm in this configuration, make sure you follow all federal, state, and local laws including getting the proper approvals and paperwork from the ATF. It’s on you to stay compliant.
